What time do you sleep/wake up

<p>I wake up at 6,
go to bed at 12 or 1</p>

<p>on weekdays</p>

<p>and on weekends</p>

<p>go to bed at 2-3AM and then wake up at 10-12noon</p>

<p>Weekdays-
Sleep at 9 or 10pm, wake up at 7:30 (although, depends nowadays because of all the T.V. and computer)</p>

<p>Weekends- No set time, I make sure to get 12 hours of sleep minimum though.</p>

<p>I sleep at 2:30am, wake up at 7:30am on weekdays.</p>

<p>But then I balance it out on weekends by sleeping at least 13 hours :p</p>

I like to work out early</p>

<p>Weekdays: Go to bed around 10-11 pm. Wake up at 6:10 am
Weekends: Go to bed some time between 11 pm - 4 am. Wake up at 9 - 12</p>

<p>Everyday - Wake up: 7am. Go back to sleep for thirty minutes. Wake up again at 7:30, lounge in bed for another thirty minutes and then half-sleep through Franklin on Noggin.</p>

<p>Go to sleep at 11pm - wake up at 1am, watch King of the Hill half-awake. Go to sleep. Wake up and turn my heater off. Wake up at 3am, contemplate going to the gym; think better of it and go back to sleep.</p>

<p>I have horrible sleep habits, I don’t think I’ve ever had one night where I didn’t constantly wake up.</p>

<p>Sleep around 12, more like in bed, sometimes I don’t actually fall asleep until 2.
Wake up 5 if I work out and 6 if I don’t.</p>

<p>M/W/F - Sleep at 3amish, wake at 12pm
T/TH - Sleep at 1amish, wake at 8:45am</p>

<p>The weekend, it completely depends. Soon I’ll be volunteering on Saturdays, so I’ll be waking at 11am. But right now its completely random.</p>

<p>In bed at 9, asleep by 10:30 (usually I talk on the phone with my boyfriend til ~10)
Up at 5:30</p>

<p>Go to bed at anywhere between 10:30 - 11:30. Wake up at 6:20 to eat breakfast, nap from 6:25 - 6:50.</p>

Fridays, I usually sleep straight after school and sleep in :S
Saturdays I usually go to bed after 2am.</p>

<p>Weekday: Sleep at 12-1 and wake up at 7 or 8 (depends on day)
Weekend: Sleep at 2-3 and wake up 9-11 hours later</p>

<p>Weekdays: Actually get out of bed at: 6:30 (School starts at 7:40)
Go to sleep anywhere between 10:30 and 11:30.
Weekends: Have to get up by 8:30…regardless of when I fell asleep the night before :frowning:
Go to sleep between 11:00pm and 12:00am</p>
