What time do you sleep/wake up

<p>I’m in college. I just like to post on the HS board. :P</p>

<p>9:30 - 5:30 on weekdays (school starts at 9, 20 minute commute)
9:00 - 4:30 on weekends</p>

<p>I’m probably one of the only people here who wakes up earlier on weekends than on weekdays ;D</p>

<p>sleep: btw 9pm-1am
wake up: btw 7-9am</p>

<p>Errrm, it varies a LOT.

I’ve changed! I am almost completely off of biphasic (LOL, all of 4 months later… hahahah), and I rarely nap anymore (OKAY FINE I TOOK AN HOUR-LONG NAP YESTERDAY BIG DEAL!). So. I go to sleep anywhere from 10:30-12:30 or so, wake up at 6am. Those are weekdays. On Friday nights I either stay up reaaaaaaaally late or go to bed reaaaaaally early, but either way I don’t wake up until 10 or so on the weekends. Yay.</p>

<p>On a school night, I go to bed REALLY early (around 8:30 or 9) but I get up around 4:30 in the morning to run before school :)</p>

Go to sleep at 11:00 - 11:30 PM</p>

Up-5:45
But!..
I dont have to get up till 6 o’clock. Since I hit the snooze 3 times, i might as well set for 15min earlier, so when i hit the snooze my normal 3 times, i still wake up on time! I feel so smart when i do that !</p>

<p>Wow! Some of yall go to bed REALLY early…in my opinion.</p>

<p>School days: Bed 11pm-2am. Wake up at 6:45am.
Weekends: Bed 11pm-2am. Wake up at …8:30-10am. </p>

<p>So I basically go to bed around the same time each night but on school days I’m up doing hw but on weekends its just going out or laying around watching a movie haha. On school days I don’t really have to get up until 7am…so I hit the snooze button until I’m kinda ready to wake up. </p>

<p>I’m totally a night person though. I can stay up really late if I needed to but I can NEVER wake up early to do anything.</p>

<p>Go to bed: whenever, but I usually try to at least be in bed by midnight because:
Wake up time: 4:40 am</p>

<p>Bed: whenever… usually 11-12
Wake up: 6:30</p>

<p>Bedtime during Week: 11:30
Wake Up Time: 6:00</p>

<p>Bedtime on Weekend: 12:30
Wake Up Time: 9:30 </p>

<p>9 HOURS =DDDDD</p>

<p>Lately I have been sleeping like this
Go to sleep: 11:00 PM
Wake up: 1:30 AM
Go to sleep: 1:45 AM
Wake up: 3:00 AM
Go to sleep: 3:10 AM
Wake up: 4:45 AM
and so on</p>

<p>Bed: 12-1
Wake up: 6</p>

<p>I love it when that happens. The night feels longer, so you feel like you’ve slept longer than you really have.</p>

<p>Schooldays- Sleep at around 1:30-2:00. I could probably sleep a lot earlier but things get pushed back to midnight all the time. Wake up at 7:30. Get up at 7:45. School at 8. </p>

<p>Weekends & holidays - On the night before, I always tell myself that i’ll wake up at the normal time to get things done. But I usually just ignore my alarm and sleep in until 9:00-9:30.</p>

<p>I don’t know if this happens to anyone else, but I will wake up about 30 minutes before my alarm goes off and lay there in a dazed slumber, unconsciously checking my alarm every couple minutes. I hate when this happens.</p>

Me too! Arrrrgh. And I feel like I should go ahead and get out of bed, since I"ve only got ~30 minutes till I really need to get up, but… I do like sleeping… so I usually go back to sleep. lol.</p>

I don’t sleep much.</p>

<p>I go to sleep at 11ish, plus or minus one hour, every night. I get up at 7 on weekdays (the last possible minute) and 9 on weekends.</p>

<p>In the summer, I stay up till 2ish, doing absolutely nothing. I’ll get up at 8 and I’ll usually take a nap at some part of the day.</p>

<p>Weekdays:</p>

<p>Typically take a warm shower, which makes me sleepy. So first round of sleeping goes 4PM-6PM. </p>

<p>Then 3AM - 6AM because night-hours are simply more productive for me.</p>

<p>Weekends:</p>

<p>2AM-11AM</p>
