I’m a freshman, but the earliest I know of personally is 8:30 (a recitation for math, usually). and latest can be anywhere from 8-9. You have a lot of flexibility though

how many classes do you have each day??

how many classes do most students take?(per day and total?)

I am not a college student, but usually a student only takes about two classes per day. A class schedule of four classes is usually the norm.

you can have anywhere from 0 classes to 4 classes per day (on a regular schedule)

most students take 4 or 5 courses per semester, some take 6 or 7… this represents anywhere from 12 to 21+ hours of class per week (i had some 6 hour classes back in the day)

Yeah, in spring of '09, I had classes on Tuesdays for eight hours total, beginning at 9AM and ending at 7:30PM. The typical course load is five classes, though most majors in the College only require four courses a semester. The only classes that meet before 9AM are recitations, usually math recitations, and, of course, ROTC courses which meet at 7AM.

After freshman year, you can usually find a way to give yourself Fridays off. My spring '10 schedule is off Monday and Friday, class 9-12 and 1:30-3:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and class 2-5 on Wednesdays. I’m adding one more course that will give class from 11-noon MWF, but it’ll be pass/fail, most likely, so it practically doesn’t count. I’m just interested in the topic.

Keep in mind that certain engineering majors require a LOT of coursework with labs, and the Biology related majors involve upwards of 25 hours a week in the classroom or lab, while liberal arts and social science majors can have as little as seven hours a week in class (two regular 3-hour a week classes and one thesis class which meets for around an hour a week). Many seniors have this schedule if they front loaded requirements and the like, thus allowing them to put together a substantial thesis of 50-100 pages.
