What time zone do Colleges/Common Application use for their submission deadlines?

<p>If we were to do so, which time zone does the computer systems at Colleges & Common Application use to track when you submitted your application? </p>

<p>For the University of Chicago, anywhere in the world!! As long as it’s January 2nd somewhere, you can still apply! Nifty, huh? You just have to tell them what time zone you’re applying under.</p>
