<p>Hi guys I live in California but I am applying to schools in the Midwest with the Early Action/Decision deadline of Nov 1st (Michigan and Northwestern)</p>
<p>The schools want the common App before Nov 1st, but what time do they guy by? If I send my app say at 9PM my time, is that too late?</p>
