what to bring to an interview?

I'm having an on-campus interview for a school before I will have submitted my application. Should I bring a resume or my transcript or anything, in case the interviewer wants to ask me about something on them? Or should I assume that if they want to know, they'll ask? Just wondering because I know that once you've applied they sometimes ask about things on your application, so there might be an equivalent for an interview before you've applied. Thanks!

Call the school and ask. Maybe a resume will be requested.

Bring a resume, and (if you’ve already submitted one) a copy of your application. Most of the time you won’t need either. For this pre-application interview offer the resume. For later interviews (when you’ve already submitted applications and resumes) be prepared for the “forgetful” or unprepared interviewer. Offer the resume/application if it seems that the interviewer needs them.
