<p>Deadline is suppossed to be May 31st. I doubt that will be reached by many because the Healthconnect forms were just made available this week.</p>
<p>but the now that I’m enrolled website states that the deadline is may 29</p>
<p>but the May 29 date is not correct. I believe it is now June 30, AND there was also something about, if you can’t get the vaccinations in time, you can get them when you get to campus? I can’t find the link anymore that said all this, did anyone else see it and can confirm that the deadline was extended? Also you can send them a picture in advance so that your id card is ready when you arrive on campus.</p>
<p>Last year the forms were late as well and they pushed the deadline but didn’t actually change the date on that page and everyone was freaking out. Don’t worry about it.</p>
<p>And send your picture in for your ID card like cookerdee said. Saves you a lot of trouble.</p>
