what to do before orientation?

I will be attending the scholars orientation on the 13th and 14th and I was wondering if there was anything I needed to do before I went there in terms of looking at the courses and knowing which ones to take.. right now I have no idea what I am supposed to be taking or what I should be taking...

Also should I take my laptop to the orientation? any info on what I need/what I should do before the orientation will be appreciated

From an Orientation Advisor:

**Take your math placement exam!!![b/] Bring a pen and athletic shoes/swimsuit. Bring your health forms if you have them. Bring any AP score reports or unofficial transcripts from community colleges/etc. Bring energy!

lol i took the math placement exam and have the health forms ready to go... didnt know about the AP scores though... thanks

I wish I had cards.

Definitely don't bring your laptop OR stress about scheduling. You'll have a ton of time for the latter (a four hour time block - talk about excess!).

oh cool... ill take cards then

if my SAT or AP credit is not high enough to get out of english, will I have to take it or is there another way to get out of taking it?

You'll have to take it.
