what to do come december?

here are my past tests

may 2009 (sophomore) 730 math 1, 740 math 2, chem

june 2010- 630 crit, 700 math, 700 writting

Oct 2010- 670 crit, 800 math, 600 writting

Nov 2010 ESTIMATED 770+ crit (possibly 800), 770+ math, 600+ writting

what would be most benefitial for me now. should i get an 800 or 750+ in writting, or retake the SAT IIs math 1 and 2 and get an 800 in both of those (pretty much garunteed for me). what would help me more?

Dude you need to study writing. Writing is BY FAR the easiest to bring up (well maybe math is about the same). just do OLD TESTS~!!

Yeah you need to study writing. Especially since you spelled writing ‘writting’ ;P

Lol ^^^^^^ he wins

eh whatever ;)

lmao but what im saying is superscore is going to be 770+,800,700 …and 730m1,740m2

which one is better to bring up, the m1+m2 to 800s or the writing to 800 (yeah im sure i can bring that up pretty easily…■■■■■ im not worried)

bring up BOTH :E

Most colleges don’t care about writing as much. Get your math II up to 800 (IGNORE MATH I) and do the same with at least one other subject.

gensis= can’t…one more time to take tests

wingsReborn- physics? (maybe…cause im not even close to finishing my AP C physics class)…i just dont feel like relearning another test. and would writing be benefitial though for the “2400” or near 2400 score id be likely to get?

It depends where you’re applying, but writing is the least valued of the lot, and some places overlook it entirely.

An 800 on the subject tests, on the other hand, is great.

ok ill give where im applying

Northeastern honors college
Notre Dame
Vanderbilt
Bowdoin
Dartmouth
probably either something like yale or haverford

my grades are lowish (3.5) so most of the tougher schools on the list are reallly reaches (i have reasonings for my grades being low and a great essay, and well roundedness so yeah) but like…yeahhh idk. 2400 seems sooo sexy, whereas idk if 2300 and 800 in mathII is better
