lol no need to overthink during the breaks- go to the bathroom, bring a water bottle, eat a granola bar or a banana or something. Just relax.
Run stairs to oxygenate.
I think relaxing would be most beneficial so you don’t get too anxious before the upcoming section. When I took the SAT last weekend the majority of people ate a snack, drank some water, or went to the bathroom. The breaks will go by quickly (because you get 5 minutes). A lot of people brought granola bars or pretzels to eat. Make sure to drink a lot of water so you can stay hydrated!
