What to do if I'm probably going to grad school?

Hello everone, I feel as if I'm going through a Junior year crisis. Up until recently, It has always been my impression that going to the best college possible is of the utmost importance. To a certain extent, I still believe this. However, I will most likely wish to continue on to attend graduate school, and only recently (again) have I really understood the full financial weight of a college degree. Thus my questions are about careers and colleges.

1) Is going to a high-caliber college really all that necessary if I'm probably going to graduate school?
2) I've heard that high GPA and tests scores are the ultimate factors in grad school. Any opinions on where to get the best GPA? (LAC vs state vs large university)
3) I also feel like I'm determined to go to grad school because I don't feel success can be achieved without it. Any idea of "good" jobs that don't need grad school?

Notes:
I will definitely not be receiving financial aid. High income, but 3 children all at college means cost does matter.
By "grad school" I mostly mean med or law school.
