What to do next?

Hi all,
I am a Czech student applying to Harvard, Princeton, and MIT. I would like to study math and my scores are as follows:
SAT II Subject Tests: Math II - 800, Physics - 730
ACT with Writing: Math 36, English 35, Science 27, Reading 20 (Composed 30, Combined 29)
SAT I - 1st attempt: Math 800, Reading 560, Writing 580
SAT I - 2nd attempt: Math 720, Reading 620, Writing 670
Now I still have two subject ahead - ACT again and SAT. What do you think I should choose for my December SAT? Physics again (because I think I could have 800) or SAT I (because I think I can have Math 800 together with above-600 score from Reading and Writing)? And if I had only those scores I have now, what should I report? Both my 1st attempt from SAT and the second one so that colleges can combine the best combination (800, 620, 670) or only the second one so it is not visible that I screwed up the first attempt? For MIT there is also a possibility not to report SAT I/ACT but TOEFL, from which I got 103/120. This speaks for taking Physics in December, so - what to do now?
Thanks for your help!
