<p>Hello - I am a soon to be senior and am trying to grasp the application process, knocking as much of it out of the way as possible (I'll be really busy sports, clubs, etc. my senior year). If I have a couple of colleges that I know I want to apply to, what should I do (I've already visited/showed interest in the colleges). Can I begin the Common App? I know I can do the 2 Common App essays, but can I/how would I begin the individual school's supplementary questions as well?</p>

<p>The Common App opens on August 1st.</p>

<p>I would assume you can’t start supplements until then, and I wouldn’t, as some people use last year’s supplements and then find the college changes them for the new application year.</p>

<p>And that’s about all I know.</p>
