What to do on a date?

Just wondering, what is it that you guys/people you know do on dates (not the first one)? I'm 18 (so don't say drink or get laid) and fresh out of ideas beyond the go to the movies, eat, browse music and book stores. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

go to a sports game... amusement park... a natural reservation. thats all i can think of. of course, i dunno they are good choices, since i never went on a date.

Really depends on the individuals. You can hit up a play (they are fairly common at universities), a concert, a comedy show, or any such thing. You could also grab a meal together. Heck, you could grab a meal together and then see a show (I know, I'm really pushing the ticket). If you're the type, you could even just walk around campus and talk. Do what you perceive to be fun and enjoyable and you can't go wrong.

you can play laser tag! you can go to a coffee house that has live jazz/indie bands/a poetry slam/interpretive dance or , you can explore forests/trails/nature, you can go skiing, sledding, ice skating.

i love dates! here are a few you can consider: (= i have done)
-go to the beach at night (if there's one where you're from) and walk on the sand and talk
-lay under the stars and get to know eachother*
-play miniature golf*
-play tennis*
-go out for sushi
-go to the aquarium (it's actually a really good date when there is nobody there.. it looks romantic in the movies)
-play board games (so much fun!)*
-go jet skiing*
-mud wrestle*
-go horse back ridding
-go to the park/picnic*
and just a note.. the best dates are the ones that aren't planned, where everything falls into place when you're with that person. =)

i love dates 2. going 2 a movie is sometimes dumb b/c u never actually get 2 know your date. i would reccomend going 2 an arcade. yes, arcades are wonderful.

patienlywaiting: "lay under the stars and get to know eachother"

that is what i would do on my dream date. nothing beats that.

bowling is fun too! and museums (art and science)
