So I'll prolly be taking community college classes over the summer for high-school Physics and Chemistry credit, but other than that, I've got tons of time on my hands... What do you think I should do? Any good competitions I should be looking at? I already know about USAMO/USABO. Are there any good "That's What She Said" competitions out there I might not be aware of (besides the USATWSSO)

And also, I'll be taking AP Comp Sci next year, from a teacher I've heard does nothing to actually teach but have his students copy code from a book and compile it. Should I be studying Java or something? I don't know what to do with all this time...

Tell me what you did over the summer in 9th and 10th grade.

Studied, studied, studied, lived. If you’re comp sci does nothing but have you copy and compile, you’re screwed. I suggest you read the book and see what it teaches you, or then use online resources.

You’d do well to post your question in the summer program’s forum.

After freshman year, I did summer assignments, had a summer love, and got tons of exercise and sun. Coming back from summer physically fit and with a noticeable tan is just as important as having built up your resume’

i am doing SAT prep and doing the PSAT and my first SAT in the fall. SATs might be too early for you. i am also volunteering which you should do. i’m also preparing for AMC 10/AIME/USAMO and taking community college & online high school credit classes.

for your comp sci i suggest doing a community college course on intro to java or studying it on your own or else you are epically screwed for AP
those are some ideas you can draw from.
