What to do to increase my chances?

OK. I'm a freshman in high school who wants to get into a superb college or become part of a bs/md program come senior year. (Princeton, Johns Hopkins, TCNJ's 7year program, etc.)
Can anyone give me a few tips on how to prepare? I've showed a list of courses to my guidance counselor id like to take in the future (said it was good to have a grasp on what future courses I wanted to take):

-Science League
-Applying for Hospital Volunteering

Anything besides preparing for PSATs and SATs that you could suggest for increasing my chances?

Looks good to me (more than I had). Maybe try to see if you can do some sort of reseach project or something like that if possible, like what people do for the Siemens Competition. [Siemens Foundation - Siemens Competition](<a href=“Siemens Foundation - Siemens US”>Siemens Foundation - Siemens US)

If you get really good grades, test scores, lots of extra curricular activities including medicalally-related activities, you probably have some sort of chance to get in.

Someone I know who got into Johns Hopkins U studied chemistry and did made it to States for the Chem Olympiad. He had little less than 4.0, less APs than you, and probably around 2150. There are a ton of competitions like the Chem Olympiad, just look around, google things your interested and competitions you might look into. After finding them look to see how much prep you need and choose which ones you want to try to win. If you have a couple of these competitions + 2200 + 4.0 + those classes you are probably going to get in.
