What to do when the proctor gives you less time to complete a section

Has anyone taken an SAT where a proctor went off a nondigital clock and rounded off times? I know sometimes they err on the side of giving you a minute or so extra, but I had one give 9 minutes for the ten minute writing section, which is a noticeable difference....

What should I do if this happens again? I'd like to think that bringing an extra stopwatch for the proctor shouldn't really be necessary for every standardized test I go to...

you slap the proctor and ask college board for a refund.

maybe he was using the second hand and you only thought he rounded it.

That happened to me twice in one test - the proctor went off by 5 minutes. The first time I remained quiet; the second, I subdued my craven and said that she was wrong.
