I'm currenty a junior, and my art class is only a first semester class, so I will have a new free period. What should I do with it?
My schools has 7 periods of around 40-45 minutes, and I already have another free period (required). I think my 3 options are:

A: Take no class and do better in the 5 classes I am already in

B: Take no class and self study AP Comp Govt (I'm already taking AP AB Calc, AP US History, AP French Lang, a regular Physics class which is pretty hard and a self study for AP US Govt)

C: Take an easy History or Science elective for an A with the chance that I might actually be interested in it (My school doesnt have many class options) The Civil Rights class could help my AP US Govt self study and the Science class might make me more interested in science)

I know in a perfect world I should take a class and add a self study AP, but thats not possible.

What do you think I should do for both college admission purposes and learning purposes?

i have a spare right now... (unfortunately
but (fortunately) vprincipal offered me a "job...= (tutoring international students..!!!!. and im getting credits for "leadership"....u should try (and i also volunteer @ school library during this block

last year (junior year) during my free period I volunteered at the school library as a TA

this year I've been using my free period (last period of the day = get out early) to chill, and hopefully I'll be getting a job soon because I need to start making some moneys (city library = $8+ baby)

Enjoy the off period, like I'm doing now! Don't kill yourself with work in highschool, you have the college and the rest of your adult life for that.
