What to do with old test prep books?

I'm now a senior in high school, and I've completed several AP tests and the SAT.

I got several test prep books for each test, and I have no clue what to do with them. I've considered keeping them, just in case, but they take up about 1.5-2 feet on my bookshelf.

Is there any reason that I may need the SAT books? I want to go into pharmacy, so I'm going to keep AP chem and calculus for future reference.

Should I donate them to a younger friend? I paid probably $15 for my collection, so it's doubtful I could sell them.

What have you done with your various books? Keep? Give away? Burn?

donate them to your school library or local library.

…or burn them. Charity vs. the satisfaction of seeing it melt before your eyes- your choice ;)

I’ve given them to family and friends who have younger children who will be taking the tests in the near future.

Donate them to a public high school counseling office in an disadvantaged neighborhood

Donate them to your school library or college prep class in your school.

Or give it to an underclassman friend for free. Or sell it to an underclassman for a few bucks if you want to have some cash.

I kind of like the burning idea PickledCookie suggested. :P

If there is a Boys and Girls Club in your town, they have after school tutoring programs to help students that can’t afford to pay for the materials.

Your College Counseling Office will probably know students that could use them too.

“Donate them to a public high school counseling office in an disadvantaged neighborhood .”

Very good idea!
