<p>So I failed the Physics placement test with a whopping 5%, and I'm now assigned to take Physics 2.
I have no problem with that but I have a question about the Co-requisite.
I noticed that MATH2A is a co-req for Physics 2, but I scored a 4 on my Calc AB test which allowed me to be excused from 2A. And now, I'm all confused. Because I failed the physics placement, which now tells me that I need to take MATH2A. But it's telling me that if I scored a 4 or higher on the AP exam, I would be excused from MATH 2A.</p>
<p>So I'm wondering if it's possible to take Physics 2 but take Math 2B along with it, instead of MATH2A.</p>
<p>Does it have any impact that I'm a Engineering major?</p>
