Okay so now that my AP testing is done for the year (finally!) I have a few review books. Two of them have been written in; Ethel Wood's Comparative Gov review book has been marked all over, and the practice tests in Barron's U.S. Gov review have all been taken. Thus, I can't sell these books or anything.

However, my AP Lang and AP Calc review books are completely untouched. I used them for light review and practice questions, and wrote on separate sheets of paper instead of marking up the book. They literally look brand new.

How much do you guys think I could get for these two books?* Do you guys know a place (ex. a bookstore chain that buys/sells used books) where I could sell them? I'd like to get a little money back in return for keeping them so nice. haha

Thanks.

*The AP Calc review book comes with eight practice tests and a CD with two more practice tests - each test (AB and BC) has a total of five full practice tests.

You could try listing them on Amazon, but they don’t go for much, especially around this time of the year (after the exam!). You can hold onto them till next year and hope they don’t release any newer versions.

www.betterworldbooks.com sells textbooks and also buys them used. I’m not sure if they do review books too.

HOWEVER, those are both classes (Lang and Calc) that I’m taking next year, so maybe you’d sell them to me? PM me. :)

Could you sell the Ethel Woods one to me through eBay (or some other safe way)? I don’t mind that it’s been marked over. PM me too. (:

or you could give them to me …

I would prefer to sell them in person rather than over the internet; does anyone know any places I could sell the books to in person?

However, if I have to sell them over the internet I will. I’ll PM one of you guys if I decide to do so.

Honestly I would just see if I had friends next year I could give them to, or give them to my teacher to give to their students next year.

Sell them to underclassmen or anyone else taking it next year. That’s what everyone at my school is doing. Selling the regular size ones for $5-$15. Not a profit, but better than getting nothing.
