I wanna study computer engineering / science in one of the colleges/ universities which offers high quality of education at united states …
Also I am from an ordinary family so I need some fellowships and this things …

Yes , we have troubles for visa , but it is solvable …
I am trying hard … although I have to apply 2 years later … and nothing is predictable … so I want to be optimistic

There are very few US universities that meet full need for international students. You would need to be one of the very very top students in your country and jump through the hoops to obtain a visa. I would suggest reading through the international student forum:
