My daughters get jambajuices (smoothies) before tests....wakes em up, good for the tummy...but I do remind them to go to the ladies room!! having a ritual like that helps ease the nerves....my oldest has to have mints, the red and white round kind....

oh yeah pasta the night before, whether it all helps, it makes them feel relaxed!!

Well, if you're anything like me (and I can only suppose that you're not), you need to have straight soda every morning as soon as you wake up before you can be considered alive.

Haha. I also don't recommend drinking a lot of fluids before the test. To put it mildly, it was a stressful 1-hour. Didn't affect my score due to the large curve of IIC

Drink about eight glasses of water before the test - that way every other sentence completion, analogy, critical reading, quantitative comparison, grid-in, geometry, algebraic, or arithmetic reasoning question will somehow remind you of waterfalls, bathrooms, running faucets, exploding fire hydrants, and urination.

Like the Porter said in Macbeth: "Drink is a provoker of three things: nose-painting, sleep, and urine. Lechery, sir, it provokes and unprovokes: it provokes the desire, but it takes away the performance."
