<p>i eat yogurt. i prefer having a light breakfast or else I get tired. my friend had mcdonalds and took a major crap during the test. he got a ~990 or something (months ago)</p>

<p>I stuff myself the night before and the morning of. Pizza and Enteimann's danishes.</p>
<p>i usually eat very healthy, mainly vegetables and some lean chicken.</p>
<p>but the SAT is special and i'm going to eat pizza! i dont want to be hungry after eating some wimpy yogurt and granola like i usually do.</p>
<p>oh yeah, works for me, but most people are cautious about this. but i also drink energy drinks the morning of (redbull or liquid ice, two cans).</p>
<p>be careful however of the diuretic (spelled that wrong) effect of caffeine. it'll make you want to pee. if your proctor doesnt care, drink one like 30 min before you know a break is coming up so you can release everything during the break.</p>
<p>I'm going to have a pork roll egg and cheeze.

<p>it's not like the SAT is a sport or something! just eat whatever you usually eat for breakfast + whatever else you need to ensure that you aren't ravenously hungry. sheesh folks, keep it simple.</p>
<p>the day before a standardized test, i eat healthy and filling foods (pasta, whole grains, veggies, fruits). I also drink lots of water and i exercise (i do that everyday anyways). the morning of, I eat a scrambled egg with two slices of wheat toast, cheese (very filling), orange juice, and perhaps some yogurt and fruit. i bring a gatorade and an energy bar w/ me for break. so i am not hungry during the test. the problem for me is that i quickly lose interest in the test; for the act, my highest was english (34) and the lowest was science (25)...oops :( . i heard that eating mints during the test helps you stay alert...hmmm.</p>
