Heres a sample menu of what my college offers.</p>

<p>we can’t tell off the menu. try contacting dining service for nutritional info. a lot of food that you would expect to be healthy can be misleadingly bad for you.
a good rule of thumb is to avoid foods that would be high in saturated fat and cholesterol, ie, meat, cheese, and dairy-rich products.
for example, ironically the only vegetarian choice at lunch on the sample menu, Swiss Cheese Quiche, would be a bad selection.</p>
<p>I’m going to a typical state university. All you can eats, etc. that deal, multiple dining halls. Do they typically have stuff like cereal (Frosted Flakes, Wheaties) or Oatmeal (strawberries n creme, bannanas n creme) type stuff there for you to eat usually? If not, I’ll have to suffer through Belgian Waffles, pancakes, etc. everyday…but its nice to just mix it up and go back to the basics some days.</p>
