Hey guys, I have an interview with a fixed-income capital markets firm in a week. It will most likely be a phone interview. What kind of questions should I expect to be asked; I have never had a real interview before.

Should I be worried about being asked technical questions or just behavioral questions? What is the best way to prepare for it? I'm really nervous.

Also, what are some good responses to questions such as:

1) Why did you pick finance as your major?

2) Why isn't your GPA higher? (My GPA isn't too great because I messed up my freshman year, but I have significantly done better every year since then.)

3) What is your greatest weakness?

Thanks.
