What to expect..

I've been accepted into a business school but I've never taken any business courses, been part of any Business-related clubs, or have read any books about business basics.

What classes do you usually take, how are the classes/topics, what do you learn to do, etc. Basically, I don't know what to expect when I enter college this fall.

Most of your freshman classes will focus on calculus, statistics, computers and public speaking. You might be able to take introductory accounting or economics courses. Both will require equal parts memorization and problem solving to succeed in. You may also be asked to do a group project.
Your intermediate level classes will require more problem solving, and group projects will be the norm.
Typical extracurriculars include 1) interviewing, 2) practicing interviewing and 3) working with clubs to bring companies on campus for interviews. Hah. Many business clubs often have an entrepreneurship bent to them. You’d often find a business club runs a campus cafe.
