What to include on the resume?

<p>For some schools, there is an optional resume section - for this, should I restate my activities/honors or only do it with additional info even if there's not that much additional info?</p>

<p>One school, instead of typing activities, gives you the option to upload a resume. I'm choosing this option I think, but I'm not sure exactly what activities to include. For example, I'm a Girl Scout, but I only have one journey (no silver/gold award) so I'm not sure if that's active enough of a GS to look good. Also, I was a member of a club for two years, but it was kind of a silly club, not academic oriented, and I'm not in it anymore. Would this be inappropriate to include?</p>

<p>You should include your Girl Scout journey and your club. You can also include your community service hours (what you did, what grade) and other hobbies and interests. The optional resume is probably better than the activites section cuz there’s really no limit so try to put as much of a description of the activity, honor, etc as you can.</p>
