What to put in my Additional Info section?

My GPA is not really that indicative of my capabilities in school because I had to move schools halfway through freshman year due to a long list of familial issues. I had a very hard time adjusting to life after moving and for a while was kind of trapped in my own depression and anxiety (I was even being evaluating for PTSD). I'm a lot better now, but I'm afraid it's kind of a "too little, too late" situation. If I could redo high school at the level of health I'm at now, I'm sure my GPA would be a good .5 higher.

I don't know how to put this into the additional info section without sounding whiny and self-pitying, and I talked about my move in my essay, but not really how it could have reflected on my grades. I didn't feel comfortable talking about it with my GC so it's not in my letter of rec from her. Any ideas?

Bump…this is due today, help please.

I would not include this in the additional info section. You talked about the move and they will see it on your transcript .
