...should high school stuff be included? As a freshman now, I don't have that much to put from what I've done in college. I also don't have anything extremely notable from high school (i.e. no awards from national competitions or anything). I have some things from senior year in HS that definitely added to my college apps, so should I still add these to my resume now for internships and stuff or will it seem like I'm trying to add random stuff to make it longer?

I'm a freshman in college too. Should we add HS information such as GPA and rank? I don't have much to put except my current on-campus job. Also, should we include the relevant courses we took so far in college?

If you're a freshman, it is fine to put high school information, but you need to begin phasing that information out as you become more involved in college.

And yes, including "relevant courses" is always a good idea.

Since the fall semester is gone, I would just stick with college stuff unless you need to fill space and have a good track record in high school.

Since you probably don't have much work or activities to fill in, put in some skills your possess.

But after sophomore year no highschool stuff should be on there unless you did something ridiculous (founded your own company, 2400 SAT, you can still put valedictorian)
