I am visiting Wellesley in two weeks or so, and my family and I would like to see more of Boston. Any ideas for what we should see or where we should visit? Any good restaurants? (I love food! :D) Last time my mom and I went to the museaum near Northeastern and it was very interesting.

Thanks!

Well, never mind ahaha. My friend said that if I were to attend Wellesley, then I will somehow be sucked into baseball, so he advised me to go check that out beforehand. Not really a big fan of baseball, though.

Of course, all the tourists go to Fanueil Hall for the food.

Baseball is huge in Boston, but you can ignore it pretty easily :)

Fanueil Hall is always fun, as is walking the Freedom Trail. I usually only get to Paul Revere's house before turning around and heading home. If the weather is nice, consider a Duck Boat tour. There are also the Swan Boats if you arrive on or before April 19th.

Harvard Square is enjoyable, although it's mostly shops with some restaurants thrown in for good measure.

Yes, the Freedom Trail! And, follow it through the North End for dinner in Little Italy. (Don't miss the cannolis after dinner!)

Walk around Beacon Hill...beautiful! Oh, and window shop on Newberry Street. Lots of good food places there, too.

Thank you for the tips! :)

Baseball is usually ignorable if you want to ignore it, as are most sports. It's only slightly less ignorable if Boston is winning.

Boston's Legal Seafoods is famous for being excellent, though I've never been. If you are a foodie, you may have heard of a place called Blue Ginger, which is in town. I've heard it's overpriced and overrated, though.
