Post your question in the engineering forum. Do you want to earn your PH.D, or just a MS (and then go into industry)? Are you in-state for any of these schools (except Boston University)?
If you’re interested in a specific area of research, see which university is doing research in that area.
Of course, it also matters if you get a funded position at one school, versus another…
