I know there's that thing with SAIS and Sciences Po but what other opportunities are there for non-premed students?
Like I know some smaller liberal arts schools are part of a consortium where students can freely study at schools within that consortium.
IS Hopkins with anything like this? and I know Duke has that amazing Duke-Oxford summer study abroad thing.

Hopkins has literally tons of partnerships with leading institutions all over the world:

Hopkins is also a member of a consortium, the Baltimore Collegetown Network, which allows you to cross register at other member schools for course not available at Hopkins. For example, if you want to take an advanced art class Beyond that available at the Homewood Art Workshop, you can take such a class at MICA or Towson. Check it out.
Great thank you!
I really would love to study in England or Paris for at a year.
Baltimore is nice but after my first year i cant possibly imagine myself staying on campus for another 3 years.
