What Type of Notebooks

Okay, it's time to plan to purchase new shiny things for Harvard.

I need to get a laptop (obviously) and i was wondering what's the mainstream type of laptop that people in Harvard uses. I want to fit in the main stream because i stood out with my ALienware b4 in my school and i dont want that to happen again. BTW, i'm going to be a Econo Major in Harvard, so give me some suggestions (especially Harvard attendants) Thank you! (money is not a problem in purchasing).

Kids picked on you because of your computer?

Go to www.computers.harvard.edu. They sell high-end, extremely light, T-series IBM notebooks at an incredibly discounted price (up to 41% off) for Harvard students.

BTW, students here (at least the CS crowd) will respect you quite a bit for bringing Alienware.

You want something inconspicuous? Get a Dell. Every loser who doesn't know a thing about computers will have one because:'
a. Dell sends out those catalogues every other day.
b. Dell makes cheap laptops with integrated audio/video/NIC/toaster,etc.
c. Dell has a deal with Harvard to provide laptops to the students at underhanded prices.

I'd say keep the Alienware - it's better than anything else you can get. And who gives a **mn what other people think?

Close, hikkifan, but our deal is with IBM and not Dell.

my bad. ibm - ooh i like the sound of that.

Even alums can get the IBM laptops and desktops at great prices. I have one of each.

Act now, and you can get a "tastefully designed" carrying case with the Veritas logo embroidered on the side, absolutely free!!
