What type of student do you think of when you hear/read...

I’m assuming you mean NYU Stern-- rich kids who want to do investment banking.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Weird, my post came in before #862, even though I made one referencing MIT

Laid-back technical hands-on people. Very brilliant with a propensity for drinking in their frat system. Crazy hacks on Harvard >.<

Harvard :P

I went to harvard because I thought it was the most prestigious, and now I’m stuck at a school that doesn’t specialize in undergraduate education.

Brandeis

Hot Jewish women

USAFA

intresting students who can gasp fly :p

sorbonne

ive never heard of sorbonne so id just completey guess small school somewhere no one has ever heard of. then i googled it and found out its in paris and id bet a lot of people have heard of it haha.

university of miami

Re: Sorbonne – I think the epitome of the elite pretentious snobbish youth with parents who work in the highest-paid echelons of the French civil service. Even my French professor, who won every conceivable distinction in her field in her youth, has an aversion to the Grandes Ecoles.

University of Miami – I don’t know much about this school. I think parties, beaches and basketball, and hardworking students trying to succeed despite a rampant drug scene. But that’s mostly from stereotypes of Miami in general.

Claremont McKenna

leadership oriented athletic students in economics or government

Mcgill University

fa-la-la-lena: Haha! That so describes my classmate who went there!

re McGill: Big school. Nice reputation. But lost fish.

McGill: Probably smart students, even though I have never met someone that went there.

Georgetown.

georgetown: catholic, super smart, generally laid back

the university of maryland

smart underrated student body, athletic

Johns Hopkins

Students interested in the medical world and international affairs. Nice kids.

Lewis & Clark College

My best friend is going there. Quirky hippie stoner kids. When one of my friends heard my friend was going there he asked if she was gonna start dropping acid haha. Very smart, laid back kids though.

Washington U in St. Louis

Frighteningly smart yet outgoing intellectuals. I also think dancing in fountains, for some reason. Probably because of a Facebook photo.

University of New South Wales.

Kids fresh from high school with heavy aussie accents.

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Smart, middle-class kid from suburban NC. Plays hard, works hard. Probably did some sort of athletics in high school.

Santa Monica College.

nice surrounding city, two-year studies
