What you will find here is a great university (under 20,000) with faculty and staff always willing to put students first. The campus is very friendly, welcoming, and home to wonderful southern hospitality. Students come from small-town Arkansas to Houston to San Fran to Atlanta and anywhere in between. One thing we all share is our love for our Razorbacks! I’m posting this in response to someone’s comment about us being hillbillies which I found really upsetting. We are home to the a top ranked business school and currently ranked the 4th best place in the U.S. by Forbes magazine for Business and Careers. We have over 300 of the Fortune 500 companies within 25 minutes of campus. I think that person is seriously misinformed. I consider the U of A as one of the best kept secrets in higher education.

^no one cares.

GMU- Either an OOS student who thought they would be in DC but are disappointed when they realize that they are in Fairfax, or an instate student who wanted to pay instate tuition but didn’t want to live in a southern culture.

U of Arkansas- A bunch of hillbillies (sorry, couldn’t resist;))
