First you need to calculate your UC GPA (Unweighted, Capped Weighted and Fully Weighted) at the end of Junior year.
Here is the UC GPA calculator: https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
Your SAT score looks competitive and you have some good EC’s. Make sure you work on your UC essays during the summer and ask a trusted adult or your English teacher for feedback.
There are only 3 UC’s that have a Business school: UC Berkeley, UC Irvine and UC Riverside.
First I would identify 2 solid safety schools: Affordable, willing to attend and you are guaranteed admission. From there, you can build your list. Do not discount some of the top Cal states for their Business programs such as Cal Poly SLO, San Diego State, San Jose State, Cal State Fullerton to name a few.

His/her UC GPAs would project to be 4.00/4.36/4.36 if all As in the second semester.
I’m making the assumption that his/her PreCalc class is honors and thus weighted.
Depending on the school, your schedule seems somewhat light on rigor and your SAT is a bit on the low side for UCB and UCLA, but other than that you seem pretty qualified for all the UCs. However as seen with the UC Davis results thread, a ton of super qualified students got waitlisted or rejected, so you never know. Make sure to have a couple of safeties that you would be happy to attend on your application list.
