What university do I have a chance

I am an international school student from Malaysia. Current starting my grade 12. My grade 10 GPA is 3.90 and Grade 11 is 3.82. My SAT is 1600. Besides I am a tennis player represented my country is Junior Davis cup and also a ranked ITF player. However due to my full time training in tennis, I have foregone all my school extra curiculum activities. With these
Criteria which uni do u recommend? Do I stand a chance for GIT or UC schools?thanks

You’ve got to tell us which area of the States or which subjects you prefer.

But just a note here, I believe you will have to at least get your SAT score a little higher (approx 1900) to stand a chance anywhere preferable to Malaysian colleges. Or if you think you can’t manage SAT, do ACT.

I would like to take Business management or Human Resource study.

I really can’t suggest anything if your SAT continues to be 1600. But if you manage to get it around 1900, you may consider U of MW, Boston University, Hult International Business School; for UCs, apart from UC Berkeley, UCLA and UCSD, 1900s will be fine for the others.

@Tan1997: Do you require financial aid? If so, how much? FYI: California UC’s offer little to no financial aid to International students, so you need to be full pay. I agree with all the above posters in stating you need to increase your SAT score or you will have difficulty in finding any schools. With your current SAT score, only UC Merced or Riverside will probably accept you. A 1900 would give you better chances at some of the Mid-tier UC’s, possibly some privates such as University of Pacific, Redlands, Loyola, La Verne University and University of San Diego (USD, no to be confused with UCSD) in California. You might want to input your data into the SuperMatch feature on this website to help find some schools and post on the International Thread.
