What university should I go to?

Hello,

I would be very happy if someone could give me some feed back on what they think about these universities:

London School of Economics
King's College London
University of Edinburgh
University of Maryland, College Park

I have been accepted to them to do a Masters degree in a Social Science related subject. I do not have a clue which one to pick at the moment. I am an EU national.

Thanks
P

Lse!!!........

Did you get any financial aid from University of Maryland? If not, going to a UK school will be a lot cheaper. However, the cost of living (as opposed to tuituion fees) is very VERY high in London. Is cost an issue for you?

LSE is easily the most highly ranked and world recognised school on your list. Is prestige important to you?

What career path would you like to follow? It's likely that somewhere on their web-site each school will tell you the percentage of their graduates who entered different professions. Are graduates easily finding work in your field?

Lse.........

I have not received any financial aid from Maryland. I am leaning at the moment towards LSE. Still waiting to hear back from Oxbridge. I guess the restige of where you have gone to is important especially towards getting your first job. I also like the fact that LSE has a large international student body and many postgraduates.
