<p>I heard Northwestern was less selective this year. NU was 33% in 2003, 30% in 2004 but is expected to go back up to 33% this year after the waitlist.</p>
<p>Chicago was 40% in 2003, 38% in 2004. Anyone know about this year?</p>
<p>Would the stats even come out this soon?? I think it's gonna be awhile before we find out....I'm guessing August or September is when they release them. Someone do tell me if I'm wrong.</p>
<p>I'm guessing they'll be out by June. Chicago has to start advertising to the class of 2010, and after May 1st, they will have all the information they'll need for statistics.</p>
<p>NU go up, there was an article posted on the NU board from the Daily Northwestern that they had the highest volume of apps any year this year except for the year after they went to the rose bowl. I would think that that would parlay into a lower admit rate? or are they increasing undergrad size?</p>
