it was a grid in. and I put down 1/5

I think it was 5/9.

I confirm 5/9.

ohh ****

anyone wanna tell me how they got that, and how to get better @ SAT probability...(thats my one weakness and I thoguht I studied enough for it)

thanks

I didn't take the test, but if you tell me what it is I'll give you a solution.

there were 2 sets of numbers which I believe were {4,5,6} and {10,11,12}
The problem asked to take the products of one number from each set and determine what the probability was that the number was divisable by 5.

so 4(10)=40 4(11) = 44 4(12) = 48
5(10) = 50 5(11) = 55 5(12) = 60
6(10) = 60 6(11) = 66 6(12) =72
so 40, 50, 55, 60, 60 are divisible by 5 out of 9 choices.

5/9

That makes me feel good I got it right :)

i think i put 4/9 haha...im so mad. i dont remember, maybe it was 5/9. i just remember saying 1 from the 4, 2 from the 5, and 1 from the 6...which is retarded since of course 5 will go into all 3! hopefully i just remember wrong

5/9 for sure.
