<p>What was the first thing you did when you got accepted into your top school? Did you jump up and down, go order their T-shirt, go dorm room shopping? I'm just looking for something to pass the time as I wait for my acceptances/rejections so get me excited by sharing what your experience was. ^_^ oh, and any good lucks or fingers being crossed for me is greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>I was really paranoid and nervous because I did not meet the conditions to keep my admission to the school.</p>

<p>My top school was Princeton, and I wasn’t accepted. What a terrible question!</p>

Got the acceptance letter, laughed and threw it in a folder somewhere under my desk.</p>

<p>^ Yes. I had no intention of going there which is why I laughed. I just applied to see if I could get in. Didn’t want to go in the least.</p>

<p>Just stared at the screen in disbelief because I didn’t expect to get in. Then I was really happy… like drug fueled euphoria happy. Then again, dopamine and endorphines are naturally produced by the body so it makes sense I suppose. </p>

<p>Then I trashed my Harvard and Stanford RD applications.</p>

<p>I plan on going crazy and then calling all my friends that have helped me along the way.</p>

<p>Cause I’ve needed a lot of help to get where I am.</p>

<p>I smiled, told my parents, bought a shirt and a hat, and promptly transferred a semester later.</p>

<p>I got accepted to my top choice yesterday!</p>

<p>First I smiled, then I read it again just to make sure, then I like couldnt close my jaw because I was excited. Then I decided that I’m going, and my parents okayed it… hence my “location.”</p>

<p>Now I get to withdraw all my other applications and stop writing essays =]</p>

<p>Let the senior slide begin.</p>

<p>^Lol that’s what I would do! I’d tell the whole world and the most effect way to do that is as a FB status! And I’ll probably cry of happiness and freak out if I get in. Then make a shirt that says “I GOT IN” on the front with the school name and '14 on the back and wear it to school the next day and tell everybody in sight.</p>
