3.5/4.0 external transfer civil engr. all pre reqs taken and prior engr internship work experience.
My son had a 4.0 from high school and then a 3.97 his freshman year at TAMU when he was accepted into Mechanical Engineering.
Judging by his other post, @Vietnamese is referring to external transfer.
@lee6666 @Vietnamese Yeah I’m confused by the post. His title asks for what GPA people had to get into engineering, but his OP says what gpa did you have to get accepted to texas a&m.
Might be a little clearer.
3.8/4.0 High School GPA
-Got admitted into Engineering
-Finished my first year so now I am a Computer Science Major
