<p>Its defly not a prerequisite..not a mandatory document for applying for a visa. Altho you never kno, the interviewer can ask for any transcript so its always safer to have ur TOEFL scores.
Plus, the scores are valid for about 2 years or so...and its an easy exam. Might as well give it n get it over with :p</p>
