In my UC essay and on my UC application I said that I was going to take the Calculus BC exam. However, I've been having second thoughts and think I might end up just taking the AB exam. What effect will this have on my admission to the following universities under Electrical Engineering:

UC Berkeley
UC San Diego
UC Los Angeles
UC Santa Barbara
UC Davis
UC Irvine

Also, what about other AP exams? On my application (where you list your previous AP exams taken and future ones planned) I put the following:

English Literature
Calculus BC
Physics B
Government & Economics

What if I only take English, Calculus AB, and Physics B? I figured that the colleges wouldn't find out that I didn't take the exams until all the way in early July, so I'm not sure if they'd suddenly deny me or not. Here are my stats, if it helps:
