What will I need in order to attend JMU?

I am new to this forum and I'm really just looking to get some guidance and a review on my chances to get into some of the state schools in Virginia. I don't have the economic luxury to go out of school so i'll be attending one of the next few colleges (By priority).

James Madison University

Virginia Tech

Christopher Newport

George Mason

Virginia Commonwealth University

Current GPA: 3.43 (weighted)
Extra curricular and other activities: (by the time i graduate) 2 years of JV and 2 Years of varsity football, 4 years of varsity track, coach of youth basketball, part of the student council

Also taking AP Biology and AP US history
Will graduate with Calculus

PSAT: 172 (equivalent to a 1720/2400) Although it isn't a sure estimate, it's the best basis I have

The main question I have is... What will I need to do my Junior and Senior year in order to get into James Madison University?

Just looking for overall ideas

You need to improve your GPA a lot. JMU average incoming GPA is a 3.8. Tech’s is a 4.0. You also need SAT scores of 1800+.
