What would be a good choice?

Hey I am pursuing a degree in engineering and wanted to know which of these Universities might be a stretch for me
GPA(unweighted):3.70
SAT:2200
SAT II: 800 U.S History, 800 French language, 740 Math II, 720 Physics
Have a wide variety of EC's but no job experience except for a couple of gigs
I am applying to Columbia U, UPENN, Northwestern U, Suny Buffalo, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
Should I apply to more "safety" schools?

Yes, or at least matches. Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is right there with RPI for engineering, so that might be worth applying to. Also, since I take it you’re also from NY, what about Stony Brook? From what I’ve heard, they’re one of the stronger engineering SUNYs.

Columbia, UPenn, and Northwestern are all reach schools.

I’d add a safety and a few matches/likelies.

I might apply to BU and possibly Cornell. I’m sort of hoping to get into an Ivy league school.
