At the moment I'm a freshman in high school, with only foreign languages as my major after-school activity (I'm extremely passionate about them). Which is why I've wound up being fluent in English, Chinese, and French, and achieving fluency in Spanish and German. I'm also planning to take language proficiency tests so that at least I have solid proof that I really do know these languages well.

However, after reading the resumes of so many stellar students here on CC, I'm not sure if this is enough. What would you recommend that I do? I'd really like to join a competition or something similar, but I don't know if such a foreign language competition exists.

One more thing... as a practice, I took an AMC 10 test from a previous year (2001 or 2002... can't remember) and got a perfect score. Would it be to my advantage to go for the real thing?
