<p>Im a computer engineer and well I could care less about outsourceing, My focus is in Algorithms for VSLI mapping, so my field is quite specific and the people who would hire me would need me there. Just make yourself valuable and you should be fine.</p>
<p>Most schools have a dual major of EE and CEN, take that up to make yourself more valuable. EE is one of the most critical jobs on the planet. Possible EE for non electronics but for Power. Cant really outsource that.</p>
