what would be some good Top LACs for me to apply to?

Below are my stats and I was wondering what LACs I should apply to. I hope to go to medical school so I want a college thats good for biology or anatomy and physiology for a major. I would like the location to be in CA, PA, NY, North Carolina or MA perferrably because they have a large amount of Medical Schools there, and if I go to college in one of those states, I may get an instate discount. Also just make sure that its got good prestige because I hate it when people give unkown colleges to me. But yeah btw I'm posting this in large forums like this one to get more replies since more people view this stuff

Is there a reason you posted this in the Wesleyan University forum? Particularly given that Wesleyan is in CT (not on your list)?

BTW, you won't get an "in state discount" by going to college in MA. There's only one state medical school (U Mass), and I don't think that college counts for resident status. Any other medical school in MA is private, and doesn't care if you're in state or out.

yeah I posted it here cuz a lot of people post on this forum apparently

?
We post here because we're knowledgable about Wesleyan University - thus, posting on this board is a great resource... IF you have questions about Wesleyan University. Or are at least considering it.

That said, Wesleyan University is a great LAC. It's in Connecticut. It is top-notch in sciences... there is plenty of opportunity for undergraduate research, and the Career Resource Center will help you with pre-med stuff.

It doesn't have great name recognition outside of the Northeast, and it doesn't even have great name recognition inside the Northeast. Nevertheless, it is highly competitive and a great school. It has a liberal hippie reputation, and a sort of laidback independent vibe going on. Students are quirky, passionate, and intellectual. I doubt I would have been as happy anywhere else.

honestly, you've gotten a lot of a's and a lot of extracurriculars. i hope that these things you worked for and wasn't given to you on some silver platter. why start now? the internet is free, search the home pages of the top lacs and ask more informed questions afterwards.

I'm really confused...
Post on the main board, or put CT on your list of states :-P

Colgate...? Wesleyan's good for sciences...or so I heard.
